Antequera Golf Course close to Villa Ana
The property has central heating and airconditioning as well has having double glazing throughout.
A welcome pack can be provided upon arrival for  an additional charge. The local agent will be at the villa to greet you and answer any questions.
Accessibility
As the property is all on one level it would be suitable for people with difficulties walking or climbing stairs.
However, the property has not been specially adapted for wheelchair users but there are only four steps leading into
the villa and the swimming pool area and rear terrace are all accessible to wheelchairs
Outside
The rectangular shaped secluded pool is 12 x 6 metres surrounded by a large terrace. Pool heating is available for an additional charge

A full size tennis court is set amongst the olive grove. There is a lawned area beyond the rear terrace extending into the olive grove. To the front of the property there is a fruit and olive orchard, together with flowering shrubs and grasses which add to the seclusion

Coast/Beach

The extensive Costa del Sol and Malaga beaches are just 45 minutes drive away including Nerja, Torrox, la Herradura, and, Fuengirola.

Golf
The nearest golf course is at Antequera which is 20 minutes away. This is a new golf course.
